The training contents were taken from the Turkish Physical Activity Guide prepared by the Ministry of Health and prepared with the contributions of the association.

Consists of public service announcements, viral videos, promotional and interview films made to raise public awareness about physical activity.

The training content was prepared based on the Turkey Physical Activity Guidelines developed by the T.C. Ministry of Health, with contributions from the Association.
