The project to contribute to upgrading the health status of Turkiye conducted by Evidence-Based Medical Association has been supported by our association.

The Healthy Aging and Chronic Diseases Report has been developed under this project and Healthy Aging Turkiye Meeting has been made in partnership with Evidence-Based Medical Association and Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital.

With The Healthy Aging and Chronic Diseases Report, some of the steps that are being taken in our country towards healthy aging and the fight against chronic diseases and their development areas have been revealed.

At the meeting with 75 participants from Turkiye Ministry of Health, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital, Ankara Occupational Hospital, Yıldırım Bayezit University and Evidence-Based Medical Association; such subject headings have been discussed like the health of the community, healthy aging concept, the measures taken in relation to the concept of healthy aging in Turkiye, steps for healthy aging of the population, effects of reimbursement system on effective management of chronic diseases, healthy aging and chronic diseases management perspective’s progress in Turkiye Health Insurance System.
