This training reminds you that the heart is not just an organ, but the cornerstone of quality of life, endurance and performance. It explains in simple and understandable language how the cardiovascular system works, how it is strengthened by exercise and how this knowledge can be translated into a healthier and more productive life.
1.In the first part of the training, we start with the structural features of the heart, its responses to exercise and its long-term adaptation processes. We explain how the heart muscle strengthens, the blood vessels rejuvenate and how heart health is maintained through movement in a scientific but understandable language.
In addition, topics ranging from balancing blood pressure to the development of the athlete's heart, from vascular elasticity to endothelial health are presented in relation to everyday life. Together we learn how exercise contributes not only to performance but also to the prevention of heart disease.
2.In the second part of the training, we move on to the practical part of the job. We examine in detail how to recognize heart rate zones, which energy systems these zones support and how to shape individual training plans according to this data. We teach you how to direct your heart in the right way to achieve goals such as fat burning, aerobic capacity and endurance increase with practical information.
At the end of the training, participants will be able to;
- interpret the structure of the heart, the functioning of the vessels and the basic principles of the circulatory system,
- explain the protective and promotive effects of exercise on cardiovascular health,
- Calculate heart rate zones and create individual training programs,
- Develop science-based exercise strategies that increase fat burning and aerobic capacity,
- Manage exercise intensity correctly and plan safe and effective performance plans.
Our aim with this training is not only to provide the participants with knowledge, but also to enable them to lay the right foundations for healthier individuals and more efficient training by applying this knowledge in their own fields.
