The Alternative Reimbursement Models Training and Case Studies Workshop was organized by the Federation of Health and Social Services Associations (SADEFE) and the Health Promotion and Health Policies Association (HPHPA).
The training took place over three days and covered topics such as principles, implementation and country examples of alternative reimbursement models. Participants covered topics such as the introduction of new medicines, pricing models, HTA and risk sharing agreements.
The training covered various models and implementation strategies that can be adapted to countries' own health systems. Topics such as value propositions, budget impact analysis and interpretation of clinical evidence were also discussed.
Participants developed a better understanding of how alternative reimbursement models can be integrated within Turkey's healthcare system. The event provided both theoretical knowledge and practical application.
